RWC School District Room Reservation Procedure

Once you've decided on your meeting day and time, fill out the facilities use form (called the Non-Daily Use Application) and submit it to the Facilities Department at the District Office.  They will contact your school's office for approval and meeting space assignment.

Following are some handy directions to help you complete the form:

  • Name of Organization/Group: "Girl Scouts of Northern California Troop (your troop #)"

  • Hereby makes application for use of "a classroom"

  • For "troop meetings"

  • Enter number of participants

  • Equipment needed "tables & chairs"

  • Mark "yes" for non-profit status (a copy is on file with the District Office and generally rental fees are waived during business hours)

  • Mark "no" admission/fees will not be charged

  • Fill in day of week, meeting dates, and times for the year

  • Mark "yes" for Certificate of Insurance with RWCSD as additional insured - it is on file with the District Office

  • E-mail the form to council for them to sign and date (troops are not legal entities and therefore cannot legally enter into contracts).

  • Once you receive the signed form, submit via email to facilitiesuse@rcsdk8.net or via fax number or mailing address listed at the top of the form.
