Troop Rep Meetings
(For leaders or any adult volunteer representing a Redwood City/Emerald Hills troop to attend and connect with other volunteers for ideas, mentorship, and the latest updates on RWCGS events.)
Most third Thursdays of the month @ 7 p.m during the school year
(For volunteers supporting RWCGS in putting on Troop Rep meetings and events.)
Most first Tuesdays of the month
@7 p.m. during the school year
Your troop must be registered for the current year before you can begin to meet. The year begins Oct 1.
Renewal Best Practices:
1) Collect renewal fees from members
2) Deposit fees in troop bank account
3) Leader renews all members via VTK
4) Pay using troop debit card
Annual membership cost:
Girl membership = $40.00*
Adult membership = $25.00
*Financial aid is available for girl membership. Please contact Council for details.
